All cup sizes have the same minimum prices per hour. Additional per-serving prices vary by cup size and hours.
Kona Minimum Prices
These are the minimum prices charged for events, regardless of cup size:

- Each event duration (hour tier) has a minimum price
- Each cup size has a different additional price per serving
- Each hour tier has different minimum serving requirements per cup size

3-hour Weekday Event
- First hour: $99
- Additional: 2 × $60 = $120
- Total: $219
2-hour Saturday Event
- First hour: $129
- Additional: 1 × $75 = $75
- Total: $204
Price = First Hour Rate + (Additional Hours × Additional Hour Rate)
- Different rates apply for weekday vs. Saturday events
- First hour has a higher base rate
- Each additional hour is charged at a lower rate
School Pricing
School pricing is based on volume with discounts for orders over 100 servings.

Volume Discount Setting
Kona Minimums apply for all school events. The minimum servings requirement for each event duration still applies regardless of the discount setting.
Price = Number of Servings × Price Per Cup
- For orders of 100 servings or less: Regular price per cup applies
- For orders over 100 servings: 20% discount on price per cup
- Volume discount of 20% applies only to orders over 100 servings
- The discount applies to the per-cup price, not the total
Pricing Examples
Example 1: 75 Kiddie Cups (2 hours)
- Regular price per cup: $3.00
- Number of cups: 75
- Calculation: 75 × $3.00 = $225.00
- No volume discount (≤100 servings)
Example 2: 150 Klassic Cups (3 hours)
- Regular price per cup: $5.00
- Discounted price (>100): $4.00
- Number of cups: 150
- Calculation: 150 × $4.00 = $600.00
- 20% volume discount applied
Example 3: 90 King Cups (2 hours)
- Regular price per cup: $6.00
- Number of cups: 90
- Calculation: 90 × $6.00 = $540.00
- No volume discount (≤100 servings)
Example 4: Blended Option (120 cups)
- 50% Kiddie ($2.40) + 50% Souvenir ($5.60)
- Average cup price: $4.00
- Number of cups: 120
- Calculation: 120 × $4.00 = $480.00
- 20% volume discount applied to both cup types
Best Value (Unlimited) Pricing
Unlimited servings at an hourly rate. Partial hours are prorated.
